Brother Commercial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Yip In Tsoi Next Co., Ltd. have jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI OCR solutions. This collaboration aims to transform documents into digital data ready for use in AI systems and business management. It will enable organizations to elevate from Document Management to Document Intelligence, a critical direction for organizations in the AI era. This initiative will also support data-driven organizational operations and the transition to a Digital-First Enterprise.
The signing ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Therawut Supphanphinyo, Managing Director of Brother Commercial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Supach Laileart, Chief Executive Officer of Yip In Tsoi Next Co., Ltd. The shared goal is to transform documents into usable digital data, enabling fast and accurate business process integration. This solution combines AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), advancing beyond OCR to Document Intelligence. It supports various document formats, including handwriting and Thai language, and automatically suggests key information to be extracted from documents. Furthermore, the system supports searching and conversing with information from documents, as well as converting data into JSON for efficient integration with ERP, CRM, and Workflow Automation systems.
