This Sustainability Policy establishes Yipintsoi Next's commitment to conducting business in a responsible, transparent, and forward-looking manner. It aims to balance economic growth, environmental stewardship, and social well-being, underpinned by good corporate governance. The policy outlines our guiding principles as follows:<\/p>

      1. In full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards<\/li>
      2. Balancing business growth with social responsibility and natural resource conservation<\/li>
      3. Promoting fairness, equality, and a safe, high-quality working environment<\/li>
      4. Operating with transparency and accountability toward all stakeholders<\/li>
      5. Supporting sustainable development aligned with national and international goals<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>


        2. Scope<\/strong>
        This policy applies to all departments, employees, and business operations of the organization, including related activities and projects in all business formats. The scope includes:<\/p>

            1. All domestic and international business operations<\/li>
            2. Employees at all levels, as well as contractors, service providers, and business partners<\/li>
            3. Resources, materials, energy, and waste management throughout the value chain<\/li>
            4. Workplace safety, occupational health, and employee well-being<\/li>

              3. Operating Principles \u2013 Covering Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Aspects<\/strong>
              The organization is committed to ESG principles as follows:<\/p>

                  1. Environmental:<\/b>\u00a0Efficient resource use, waste and greenhouse gas emissions reduction, promoting clean energy, natural resource conservation, environmental restoration, and biodiversity conservation<\/li>
                  2. Social<\/b>\u00a0Respect for human rights and the promotion of diversity, inclusion, and equality throughout HR processes, from recruitment, hiring, and development to career advancement and fair working conditions.
