Currently, high-performance new technologies are being introduced to create new market segments in an era where open systems are beginning to replace mainframe systems. Collaborating with global business partners, we are moving towards a fully integrated and comprehensive information technology business, expanding our customer base from government and state enterprise organizations to financial and banking institutions, as well as a wide range of other customer groups.
The company recognizes the importance of governing the use of artificial intelligence technology to support business operations responsibly and reliably, in order to set the direction for artificial intelligence management within the company, respond to business objectives, needs, and expectations of interested parties, build trust among users and stakeholders, enhance business competitiveness, meet the demands of partners and allies, and comply with the laws, rules, and regulations that the company must follow.
Therefore, the Artificial Intelligence Management System Policy (AIMS Policy) is established as follows:
1. Establish an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) in accordance with the ISO/IEC 42001 standard and obtain certification from a Certification Body.
2. Have executives, employees, and relevant personnel understand and participate in the operation of the artificial intelligence management system, recognize the importance of artificial intelligence ethics (AI Ethics), and comply with established policies, regulations, or operating procedures.
3. Executives and assigned employees are responsible for establishing, implementing, reviewing, and continuously improving the artificial intelligence management system to ensure it is comprehensive, accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with international standards and relevant laws and regulations.
4. Promote the ethical and responsible procurement, development, and use of artificial intelligence systems, focusing on ensuring that AI systems are secure and safe, provide personal data protection, and maintain transparency, as well as promoting the development of personnel knowledge and skills to build trust among relevant stakeholders.
5. Establish risk management for the procurement, development, and use of artificial intelligence systems to an acceptable level for the organization, with appropriate control measures to minimize potential impacts on users, individuals, and society.
